To Cebu Pacific (part 2)



So I called the bank, and they said that Cebu Pacific has already cancelled the second booking and I won't be charged anymore. I only have to pay the first booking when my bill arrives next month.


It may have took them weeks to process my case, but nevertheless,
thank you Cebu Pacific for doing something about it.


And I wish you've already started doing some improvements in your system
so that this won't happen again.
Think about it, you'll be able to save yourself from headaches that you'll get from irate customers if you've already started fixing it. This may cost you, but getting customers' trust is all worth it. =)
