Star Cinema and Viva Films' "Babe I Love You"

They may not be together in real life, but there's still a chance for their fans to see them together, at least on screen.

In this later summer offering of Star Cinema and Viva Films, "Babe I Love You," former off-screen sweethearts Sam Milby and Anne Curtis will star as Nico and Sasa, two people from opposite worlds who, because of a certain accident met and got their lives entangled with each other. And these circumstances affected their impression of one another and that's when love starts to crawl in. But of course, due to their differences and life backgrounds, these "poles-apart-differences" started to present themselves to their relationship, making them doubt if this relationship is really for keeps.

The two stars admits that their characters are not really hard for them to portray since in real life, the two of them are most of the time, in a love-hate relationship, something that their on-screen roles also shares in the story.

Bringing the story altogether in the big screen is Mae Cruz, in her first directorial debut. Director Mae Cruz is a true Star Cinema baby, she used to work as a production assistant, before working her way up to being a director.

Babe I Love You will be shown in cinemas on April 3, 2010.
